The initial consultation is usually 90 minutes in length. During this visit, Kerry will go through your medical history asking detailed questions about your health concerns, perform a personalized physical exam, discuss any recommended lab testing, and introduce you to the beginning of your treatment plan.

We request that you bring the following with you to your first visit:

The second visit usually takes place 2-3 weeks after the first and is usually 60 minutes in length. During this visit, a more comprehensive personalized treatment plan will be discussed and any homework from the first visit will be reviewed together.

 

Follow up visits are usually 30 minutes in length. The frequency of follow up visits is determined by the nature of your health concerns and treatment plan agreed upon.

 

 

 

Payment is accepted by cash and cheque and is due in full at the end of each visit.

 

Appointments may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit, however cancellations made after this time will be charged at 50% of the visit rate.
